Last Updated: June 6, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Bigdaro collects, uses, and shares personal information in connection with our public-facing website at www.bigdaro.com (the "Site"). Bigdaro does not engage in digital advertising or serve third-party ads. The only cookie set on this Site originates from Google Analytics, which we use solely to understand how visitors interact with our pages.

Definition of Terms

The following definitions apply throughout this Privacy Policy:

  • "Personal Information" means any information that can be used to directly or indirectly identify a natural person, such as contact information (name, e-mail address, phone number) or information that uniquely identifies a browser or device, such as an IP address or cookie identifier.
  • "Non-Personal Information" means information that is not associated with or linked to Personal Information, including aggregate or de-identified information.
  • "Users" are individuals who visit the Site.
  • "Bigdaro", "we", "us" or "our" means Bigdaro and its affiliates.

Information We Collect

Bigdaro does not collect personally identifiable information ("PII") about Site visitors unless it is voluntarily provided, for example when a visitor submits an enquiry form or sends us an email.

The following describes the types of information we may collect through the Site:

Identifier Description Source
Google Analytics Cookie A cookie set by Google Analytics (e.g. _ga, _ga_*) that assigns a randomly generated identifier to your browser session. It allows us to measure aggregate Site traffic and understand how visitors navigate our pages, without identifying you personally. Google Analytics (third-party)
IP Address An Internet Protocol address assigned by your Internet Service Provider. Google Analytics receives your IP address as part of each measurement request and uses it to infer approximate geographic location. Bigdaro itself does not store raw IP addresses. Google Analytics (third-party)
Device & Browser Information Technical information such as browser type, operating system, screen resolution, and device type, collected automatically by Google Analytics to produce aggregate usage reports. Google Analytics (third-party)
Voluntarily Submitted PII Name, email address, or other contact details submitted by a visitor through our contact form or by emailing us directly. Bigdaro will only collect PII you choose to provide. Site contact form / email

How We Collect Information

Google Analytics Cookie

The Site uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC. When you visit the Site, Google Analytics sets a persistent cookie on your browser (typically lasting up to two years) that assigns a randomly generated client identifier. This cookie is used exclusively to measure Site performance — for example, how many unique visitors we receive, which pages are viewed most, and how long visits last. Bigdaro does not use this data to identify you personally or for any advertising purpose.

For more information about how Google Analytics collects and processes data, please visit https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. To opt out of Google Analytics measurement across all websites, you may install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Voluntary Submissions via the Site

We collect Personal Information submitted to us voluntarily, such as your name and email address, when you use our contact form or send us an email enquiry. We use this information only to respond to your message.

Managing Cookies

You can control or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Please note that disabling the Google Analytics cookie will not affect your ability to use the Site — it will only prevent us from collecting anonymous usage statistics for that session.

How We Use Information

We use the information collected through the Site for the following limited purposes:

  • Website analytics: Aggregate, anonymised data from Google Analytics is used to understand how the Site is used, identify pages that may need improvement, and measure the overall reach of our content. This data is never used for profiling or targeted advertising.
  • Responding to enquiries: Personal Information you voluntarily submit through the contact form or by email is used solely to respond to your request or question.
  • Security and fraud prevention: We may review technical logs to detect and address security incidents or misuse of the Site.
  • Legal compliance: We may process Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and protect our legal rights.

Our Information Sharing Practices

Bigdaro does not sell, rent, or trade your Personal Information to third parties. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Google Analytics: By using the Site, anonymous usage data (cookie identifiers, IP address, device information) is transmitted to Google LLC as part of the Google Analytics service. Google acts as a data processor on our behalf and is contractually prohibited from using this data for its own advertising purposes in this context. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.
  • Business transitions: In the event Bigdaro undergoes a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, Personal Information held at the time may be among the assets transferred, subject to the same privacy commitments described in this policy.
  • Law enforcement and legal obligations: We may disclose Personal Information if required to do so by law, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to comply with legal process, protect our rights, or ensure the safety of others.
  • Professional advisors: We may share Personal Information with legal, accounting, or other professional advisors where necessary in the course of operating our business.

Children's Privacy

Bigdaro does not knowingly collect Personal Information from individuals under the age of 16. If you are not 16 years old, please do not submit your name, email address, or other personal information through the Site. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected Personal Information from a child under 16, we will delete it promptly.

Retention of Personal Information

We retain Personal Information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, or to defend legal claims. Google Analytics cookie data is retained for up to 26 months by default, after which it is automatically deleted from Google's systems. Voluntarily submitted contact information is retained only as long as needed to address your enquiry.

Security

Bigdaro has implemented commercially reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect Personal Information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
